Regional HR Advisor - £33600 Plus Expenses
H9 Human Resources are partnering with a national healthcare business to hire a regional HR Advisor covering the Bristol. Travel/fuel and accommodation costs are all covered by the business.
This is a home based role, with the requirement to travel. Some weeks you may be at home 5 days, other weeks you may be on the road 4 days, 1 day WFH.
The position would give a candidate great exposure to a regional role in which you can build relationships and business partner with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the HR team, providing effective and efficient HR services to all, across the business.
- Project Management of multiple ER cases such as: disciplinary, grievance, performance, management; sickness management.
- Identify and escalate potentially high-risk cases to the head of ER.
- Dealing with and manage sensitive and complex situations relating to ER - ensuring all relevant parties are updated.
- Working as an advisor to support and mentor line managers with HR issues.
- Build excellent relationships and influence across all levels of seniority within the business.
- Support HR Best Practice in line with business objective.
- To take the lead on implementing all group and divisional projects into the site with appropriate support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hold a full driver's licence - to allow for the travel required within this role.
- Demonstratable experience gained at HR Advisor Level
- Have good working knowledge of Employee Relations and working with very high volumes of ER case management, including managing own administration tasks.
- Be confident and effective coach with a willingness to drive continuous improvements within the HR team.
- Committed to developing strong and effective working relationships.
- Proactive, self-starter and well-motivated.
The role comes with a salary of £33,600
