Up to £33,500 plus paid business mileage

Hyde is looking to recruit a Regional Housing Manager.

As a Regional Housing Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Later Living Housing team, leading a team of regionally based Housing Scheme Officers to provide a customer focused and enhanced housing management service to residents living in our Later Living schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the service delivery of the Housing Scheme Officers.
  • Monitoring individual performance through regular 1:1 supervision.
  • Coaching team members to achieve performance objectives and high standards of customer service.
  • Undertake regular quality checks to verify that Housing Scheme Officers are compliant with their objectives.
  • Support the team with tenancy, lettings and ASB matters, supporting the referral process to specialist team staff.
  • Lead on customer communication and consultation exercises on local services to identify and implement opportunities for service improvements.
  • Ensure that all schemes are well maintained and provide an excellent environment for residents to maintain their independence and live as good a life as possible.

Skills and Experience

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience in housing management with a focus on later living, supported housing schemes or related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple housing schemes.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and management skills.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
