• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and minimize costs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Manage driver assignments, routes, and schedules for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
