Our client is a leading provider of motor finance solutions, specialising in offering flexible and innovative financial products to customers through a network of motor dealerships across the UK. Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Motor Finance Regional Development Manager to join the team in West London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with motor dealerships within the AM 200, focusing on maximising finance penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with motor dealerships within the designated region.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase finance and insurance sales within the dealership network.
  • Provide training and support to dealership Business Managers/Sales Managers to enhance their F&I sales skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with dealership partners to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of finance programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager/Sales Manager within a motor dealership environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in finance and insurance sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Full UK driving license.
