Regional Account Manager
Sutton Coldfield
£40,000 per annum plus benefits, car allowance and bonus

Our client, a leading business within the leisure industry, is currently seeking an adept Account Manager to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in representing the highly-esteemed company and contributing to their dynamic growth, focusing primarily on managing the local corporate and agency accounts and business partners.

The responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing local account portfolio of both corporate and agents.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities aligned with the company's business plan.
  • Drive revenue growth and secure additional events across all segments, supporting sales lead conversion and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promote the company through industry exhibitions, client events, local networking, and familiarisation visits.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for profit, client value creation, and innovative solutions.
  • Support and collaborate with the on-site Events Team.

The candidate:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales and account management, with at least 2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborative and supportive team player accustomed to working within a large sales team.
  • Ability to bring positivity and energy to contribute to team success.
