Our client is a fantastic market leading manufacturing company that have sold their equipment into the hospitality industry all over the world. Established for over 70 years, the company focuses on giving its products an added value and prides themselves on creating innovative solutions for their customers which makes them the best at what they do!

Due to client demand a Regional Account Manager role has now become available to manage and grow a portfolio existing accounts in the London area. You must live in London or nearby as the role will require meeting with clients.

The successful candidate have proven sales background and must be a natural salesperson with a consultative approach. You must thrive on achieving annual targets and take a "blue sky thinking" approach when trying to develop existing accounts and scouting for business.

What's involved for the Regional Account Manager…

  • Build and develop on existing client relationships
  • Develop a sound in depth knowledge of all equipment within your portfolio
  • Maintain a good understanding of market competitors
  • Prospect, qualify and convert leads and enquiries
  • Deliver high levels of customer engagement
  • Be responsible for your regional sales target
  • Update and maintain CRM system
  • Ensure that a high level of service is delivered

What you'll need…

  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • MUST be able to visit clients each week in London
  • Experience of managing and developing existing customers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Problem solver
  • Full UK driving licence
