In this role, you will:
- Handle Referrals: Manage incoming referrals from various sources such as family, probation, prison, charity partners, and our website. Track the origin of referrals to optimize support strategies.
- Track Participant Numbers: Oversee approximately 130 referrals per quarter, ensuring each individual receives the attention and support they need.
- Collaborate with the Team: Refer clients to the appropriate team members and seamlessly integrate them into our tracker system for streamlined support.

You will have experience of working with vulnerable clients in a similar setting (referrals, assessments or supporting people to achieve goals). So you could have worked as a prison officer, probation officer, resettlement worker or be a recent criminology graduate with a little exp looking to launch a career.
