Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential? We are thrilled to partner with a leading charity to recruit a compassionate referrals coordinator to onboard ex-offenders with this charity to ensure they get the support they need.  You will be based at their Kennington office 3 days a week with ad-hoc travel to sites in Southwark and Tower Hamlets.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle Referrals: Manage incoming referrals from various sources such as family, probation, prison, charity partners, and our website. Track the origin of referrals to optimize support strategies.

  • Track Participant Numbers: Oversee approximately 130 referrals per quarter, ensuring each individual receives the attention and support they need.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Refer clients to the appropriate team members and seamlessly integrate them into our tracker system for streamlined support.

If you are ready to embark on a rewarding journey and contribute to meaningful change in your community, apply today!

Please apply via this advert – everyone gets a response.  You will have experience of working with vulnerable clients in a similar setting (referrals, assessments or supporting people to achieve goals).  So you could have worked as a prison officer, probation officer, resettlement worker or be a recent criminology graduate with a little exp looking to launch a career.
