About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment & Training Administrator to join our client’s friendly team based in Southampton. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing administrative support to the team, managing learner journeys, and assisting with the support of training delivery.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm , Friday 8am to 3.30pm (Some flexibility can offered if required)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Referrals: Providing efficient administrative support for the referral process, ensuring accurate logging of customer referrals and managing learner documentation.
- Learner Support: Maintaining learner packs, tracking paperwork, and supporting tutors with classroom setup, exam invigilation, and learner break room upkeep.
- Communication & Enquiries: Responding to enquiries from learners, partners, trainers, and clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Data Management: Tracking learner progress and ensuring accurate data collection, including post-course destinations.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintaining office supplies, assisting with filing systems, and providing administrative support to senior staff.
- Collaboration & Flexibility: Working collaboratively with colleagues and being flexible to support events when needed.
You are the Ideal Candidate if You Have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of databases
- A positive and professional demeanour
