What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding role requirements to conducting initial screenings and coordinating further interview stages. • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
• Continually review and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
