What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding role requirements to conducting initial screenings and coordinating further interview stages. Your innovative recruitment strategies and keen eye for talent will ensure we continue to build a team that is not only skilled but also shares our values of collaboration, commitment, and empathy.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation throughout the recruitment process
