Due to continued success of our team and internal development, Actio recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team based in Ferndown.

The Role

This is an exciting and varied position that has arisen through the growth of our Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment departments where the successful applicant will support with sourcing and management of candidates for our recruitment teams. You will become the conduit between the candidate and the business and so strong communication and customer service skills along with a keen eye for detail are required.

Your daily role will include using a variety of sources to search for and identify suitable talent that matches our live positions or the typical jobs we recruit for. You will conduct screening calls to qualify the candidates needs and their suitability. You will:

• Search for candidates using a variety of job boards, social platforms and our own highly developed database
• Qualify candidates recruitment requirements including salary, job, location, experience, notice period and more
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Match candidates to live roles / industry requirements
• Providing updates to candidates on specific jobs and the recruitment process
• Present job opportunities to candidates
• Identifying recruitment leads
• Advertising jobs
• Work to strict compliance
• Supporting our consultants with administrative duties

About You

Although recruitment experience would be an advantage, we are more interested in finding the right person so this role would suit someone who is experienced in providing exceptional customer care and has strong matching skills. You will be highly organised, motivated and persuasive with strong written and verbal communications skills.
