Global Medics are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Coordinator within the Doctors division in our busy Dublin offices. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in our Dublin office throughout training and will reduce to 2 days in the office after successful completion of training. The remaining days will be home based working. Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

This is a fast paced and rewarding role. As a Recruitment Resourcer/Coordinator, you will provide support to the sales team, supplying recruitment services to clients and candidates, as well as daily administrative duties to optimise successful candidate placements.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently
  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant Doctors
  • Co-ordinating targeted mailshots as part of a resourcing pipeline for vacancies
  • Sourcing qualified and registering new candidate's in-line with market requirements
  • Continually managing and maximising the utilisation of an existing pool of compliant candidates
  • Discussing suitable vacancies and screening candidates to the client's requirements including compliance
  • Monitoring all incoming leads from various platforms and dealing with responses efficiently
  • Assisting sales team in resourcing tasks & coding on recruitment management system, data processing and system amendments, system email templates, managing resourcing leads and creating a pipeline into the sales team
  • Proactively engaging with various social media platforms to advertise roles and source, as well as candidate attraction and registering of new candidates
  • Monitoring website registrations and uploading/updating website vacancy adverts weekly
  • Conducting monthly reporting on incoming leads
  • Carrying out various sales admin and system tasks/checks, to keep resourcing pipeline

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have Recruitment experience, looking for a new challenge and opportunity within a company that will invest in you and offer a clear training and development programme. You will have the passion and drive to develop into a full 360 Recruiter and will want to take ownership for resourcing, identifying clinically qualified and compliant candidates, whilst managing a recruitment management system/database and efficiently supporting the flow of incoming candidates. In addition, building great relationships with candidates and clients are essential.
