Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with top talent in the education sector, supporting our recruitment consultants in finding the perfect candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidate applications, conducting initial interviews to evaluate suitability for roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to suitable positions.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activity using our internal systems.
Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
