Recruitment Manager - Hybrid Working
Recruitment Team Leader / Recruitment Manager needed for Manchester City with a focus on PERM Technology roles throughout the EU.
This is a great opportunity to manage a small team of 5 talented recruiters, while also being a hands-on mentor and a billing manager.
Reason for vacancy is Maternity Leave and the Manager is not returning. This agency do have a LOW staff turnover, plenty of promotions, one the best learning & development programmes and pay out extremely rewarding monthly and quarterly bonuses.
Hybrid Working 3 days in office and 2days WFH. We are looking for a talented Manager who can drive the team forward, someone who tactical, collaborative, being a hands on mentor with their teams daily activities, targets and ratios. Keeping them focused. (Non KPI's).
The basic salary ranges from £42K to £50K for Senior Managers, with up to 40% bonuses!WOW!!!
