Recruitment Manager (Managing Consultant or Divisional Manager) - Construction
Glasgow City Centre
£28,000 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission, Car Allowance & Team Bonus

Are you a seasoned recruiter keen to progress into a Management role? You may be an established Branch Manager eager to thrive in a leading Recruitment Agency. Join Search and play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and expansion of our Scottish White Collar Recruitment division.

We are actively seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction team, specialising in White Collar Building Contractor (Perm) recruitment across the Central Belt. You will have a significant role in the leadership of this business.

Utilising your recruitment expertise and our innovative business model, you will create new business opportunities and develop a client base via B2B calls and meetings. Collaborating with some of the most reputable Construction companies in the UK alongside a team of four high-performing recruiters, you'll experience and develop a collaborative and a success-driven atmosphere.

Alongside the opportunity to significantly impact the Construction industry, you will benefit from uncapped commission, where you can earn a Quarterly and Annual Top Up alongside a Management Bonus based on growth.

Our Glasgow office is home to many of our internal services functions, who play a role in your success - from Temp Payroll to Compliance, a centralised CV Team, Bids and Finance. With the backing of each team, you'll be able to provide the best experiences to your clients and candidates through every interaction.

  • Previous experience in a 360 Recruitment or Billing role within White Collar Construction.
