This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a team in Twyford within a well-established company, known for working with the best FMCG Businesses in the UK. We aim to be the number one recruiter for Sales & Marketing, Category and more, for fast-growth & large Food + Drink Companies. Our clients require a variety of personnel, so the days are never the same.

The Role

This Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will be to focus on Business Development, with account management also. You will be expected to interact with prospective clients both over the phone and via messaging/emails.

Requirements

• Recent Degree or 6 months sales experience
• Full driving license or ability to get to Twyford via Train/Bus
• Confident and outgoing
• Perseverance
• Ability to research, fact find and utilise the information
• Competitive
• Communication skills
• Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
