Recruitment Consultant - Gi Group Chesterfield - Industrial

Salary - Up £27k + Uncapped Commission

Free Parking and Modern offices located at our head office

Join our dynamic team at GI Group Chesterfield, where we specialise in industrial recruitment solutions. With a dedicated team of three already in place, we're looking to expand our reach and bring on board a talented person to further enhance our success.

Role Overview:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our industrial team, focusing winning new business and delivering top-notch recruitment solutions to our clients.

While prior experience in industrial recruitment is desirable, we're open to candidates who demonstrate a strong sales aptitude or a keen interest in transitioning into a new sector within recruitment. What matters most is your aspirations, drive, and commitment to contributing to our team's success.

For this role we ask that you hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.
  • Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.
  • Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
  • Be known by all user clients and candidates through constant contact and rapport building
  • Develop relationships with existing clients to avoid them becoming dormant or lapsed
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals
  • Continuously seek opportunities for business development and growth

Just some of the skills we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in industrial recruitment is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ambitious mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine desire to contribute to the success of our team and branch
