�? Our client is actively looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to various job openings. You will also provide support throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

? What will you be doing? ?

• Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure they find the best and most qualified candidates for the roles.
• Posting job adverts internally and externally, and closely monitoring application volumes.
• Coordinating interviews, organising logistics, and maintaining clear communication with candidates.
• Tracking and updating candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers.
• Providing hiring managers and stakeholders with relevant pre and post-interview information.
• Participating in ad-hoc process improvement projects to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Administering employment contracts and offer letters.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment-related policies and procedures on the HR intranet.

?? What are we looking for? ??

• A passionate individual with experience in recruitment, preferably within the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients alike.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• A proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve and optimise processes.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.

?? This is a permanent position with a salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,000 per year + Bonus. ??

?? A valid driving licence is required for this role, as some travel may be necessary.
