Pertemps Cardiff has been servicing clients across South Wales for over 40 years, supplying both temporary and permanent recruitment within different sectors such as - Commercial, Logistics, Industrial and Technical & Engineering.

About the Job
  • Managing and building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Developing new business through different sale techniques.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
  • Visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships.
