Teaching Personnel are hiring ASAP for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office, working specifically within our Primary division to support primary schools & nurseries for children aged 3-11. You will become part of a progressive group of dedicated individuals who flourish and continue to provide a high level of support to our clients across Greater Manchester.

We are on an exciting journey of growth and therefore looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Manchester office starting ASAP on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist Primary sector and will be responsible for building your educator pool & school base across a local area - and we will be right there, supporting you with regular coaching and development opportunities.

Should you choose to accept it, your key daily objectives will be to:

  • Support your client schools and use business development skills acquire new schools who will utilise you for their staffing needs
  • Proactively build and develop your own Educator database and match them to the right work
  • Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with school leaders
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives, have a clear daily plan for your desk
