Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in IT, Pharma, Commercial, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, or Legal sectors? Our client, a rapidly expanding recruitment agency based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your industry knowledge and network to source and attract high-quality candidates for key positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best match for both candidates and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on IT, Pharma, Commercial, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, or Legal sectors.
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
