Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your expertise in both generalist and industrial sectors to source, attract, and engage top tier talent for a diverse range of roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect match between candidates and roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful placement and beyond.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record in both generalist and industrial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
