• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ suitability for roles.
• Engage in negotiation and deal-making with both clients and candidates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay informed about recruitment industry trends and developments.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• A positive outlook and a dedicated approach to work.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A driven attitude towards sourcing the best talent for clients.
