Due to continued growth we are recruiting again at Kenton Black:

We are seeking to hire a Scientific Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced team in our Manchester City Centre Office.

This role is suitable for a life science graduate who has gained an understanding of a laboratory environment but who wants to utilise their skills in a more commercial setting.

This is a dynamic role where you will be interacting with key stakeholders, candidates and colleagues. You will be responsible for developing a port folio of scientific companies. You will need to understand the science they specialise in, identify their recruitment needs and identify and validate Scientists that meet those needs.

This role is office based and we offer an attractive base salary supplemented by a lucrative bonus scheme. Our bonus scheme is uncapped and you are able to control your own income. We would typically expect a new consultant to earn between £30-40K in their first year.

Ultimately this is a people business and you will be speaking to different people every day. Good communication skills and self-motivation are key to your success. Full training will be provided and we offer an excellent development plan to progress your career.
