Recruitment Consultant
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR division based in Uxbridge, working a location covering the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas.
You will be responsible for:
- Finding and attracting new clients and candidates through phone calls, meetings, and marketing campaigns
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both parties
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets and performance indicators
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong business acumen and a professional approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenges
- The drive and determination to achieve your goals and grow your career
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills through our in-house training and L&D courses.
- Pervious recruitment experience
