We are actively seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team during an exciting period of growth. The Role:In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Build and expand your client base, fostering relationships from the ground up or by collaborating with existing clients.

  • Work creatively to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.

  • Become a subject matter expert in one of our key recruitment areas, such as Engineering, Industrial, Energy, Marketing, or Accountancy and Finance.

  • Keep clients informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues best. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

We’re looking for somebody with experience in a 360-recruitment role, where you’ve created successful partnerships through your recruitment expertiseworking in one of our industries.
