Job Profile

This role will have a real focus on establishing new client and candidate relationships, as well as managing existing customer accounts and relationships.

The role will be interesting and varied with no one day being the same and will suit someone with a dynamic and adaptable nature and with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.

This role will be office based and the successful candidate must be prepared and able to travel into the office every day. They will also need to be prepared to travel and visit clients throughout the UK as required.

To be considered for this position, you will not need recruitment experience, but some experience in a sales / account management role would be very desirable. In order to be successful in this role you will need a can-do attitude with a drive to succeed and desire to deliver exemplary service to clients and candidates, alike, whilst upholding the company values and being a true, professional, brand ambassador.

Primary responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients, gauging their recruitment needs and sourcing top talent through various platforms to fill their vacancies.
  • Communicating with clients clearly and addressing their concerns, resolving any issues or conflicts are they arise, and managing expectations appropriately.
  • Sourcing candidates through various platforms and liaising with them about exciting new career opportunities.
  • Liaising with and building strong relationships suppliers and internal departments.
  • Use of CRM and other company systems to ensure all data is captured accurately and securely.
  • Visits to client sites as and when required.

Skill/Experience

  • Experience in a sales / account management position is desirable.
  • Able to identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and candidates respectively.
  • Be able to communicate with clients and candidates clearly and addressing their concerns, resolving any issues or conflicts as they arise, and managing expectations appropriately.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to prioritise workload is essential.
  • Able to interpret information and data in different formats and layouts.
  • Able to think on feet and adapt in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
  • A drive to succeed and achieve targets.

Hours:

  • Mon - Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

*You may be required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business

Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commision (OTE £45,000)
