Recruitment Consultant

I am looking for Delivery Consultants, Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join one of the UK’s leading companies in the UK that specialise in the fast paced growing industry. The company was established in 2009 and is based 2 minutes from Redhill railway station. They are on a mission to become the number 1 recruitment business in the UK.

The company is a dynamic small business, powered by creativity and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality, to give their customers the best possible service.

Their markets have exploded over the last 18 months and they are looking for individuals that want to come on the journey with them.

As a Consultant, you will be given live roles to work on from day 1 and be working in a specific niche, meaning that you can become an expert in your field.

The company is open to applications from all backgrounds. You may have come from the HR/sales/recruitment sector now looking for a fresh challenge; you may be a graduate or school leaver looking to start a career in recruitment or anywhere in between.

The company feels that your work experience is secondary to your personality and hungry to succeed in a competitive sales environment. You will be resilient, hard-working, and above all POSITIVE and ambitious!

What you’ll be doing…

• Contacting potential candidates & clients over the phone
• Sending CV’s to live vacancies
• Interviewing new candidates over the phone
• Working as part of a team
• Generating leads to identify new opportunities
• And a bit about you…
• A minimum of 6 months sales experience
• Comfortable with being on the telephone
• Driven & Passionate
• Money motivated
