Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£40K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£70K Year 3)

This is an exciting opportunity to recruit within the Mental Health space, recruiting therapists for one of our clients. Founded in 2019 by one if the most successful recruiters, who built from scratch one of the most successful recruitment agencies in the world, our client offers a unique opportunity to receive hands on training from the best in the industry. The Role

• Recruitment is a sales role, where you will be working towards KPIs and targets.
• You will be sourcing candidates and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meeting with both candidates and clients to strengthen relationships

Requirements:

• 6-9 months of recruitment experience
• Confident and outgoing
• Inherent competitive nature
• Great communication skills
