Recruitment Consultant

  • Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
  • Location: Bristol
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home after initial period)

Join our Reed team in Bristol as a Recruitment Consultant within the business support division. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to develop new client relationships and manage accounts within the Bristol area. Day to Day of the Role:

  • Grow new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Engage in business development and account management activities.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Client-facing, sales, account management, or similar experience is ideal.
  • Driven, motivated, and ambitious with a tenacious approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confident communication abilities.
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
