Salary: £28K+ (DOE)

Recruitment Consultant - The company:

My client is looking for an individual with at least 2 years of sales experience* to join their Technology and Data team. They run a hybrid model of executive search and contingency style recruitment, so this is a great opportunity to develop a strong, wide skill set. You will need to be a quick learner with the ability to understand your market.

Recruitment Consultant - The role:

• Sourcing new talent through headhunting and networking.
• Building relationships with candidates to support their job search.
• Developing a personal brand to establish yourself in the industry.
• Providing market knowledge and insight to clients.
• Sourcing clients through business development (cold outreach).
• Managing the recruitment process - CV screening/ editing, aligning diaries for interviews, taking feedback.
• Negotiating a reasonable salary for your candidate.
• Supporting both parties in producing/signing contracts and preparing candidates for their start date.
