Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £28-32k depending on experience

Hours: 9-5:00pm, this role will be full time office based

Do you have experience in healthcare recruitment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, are looking for a motivated Consultant/Resourcer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidate for healthcare related roles
  • Conducting candidate interviews and assessing skills
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Ensuring all candidates meet compliance regulations and requirements
  • Maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates
  • Other duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position in the healthcare industry is beneficial
  • Understand of right to work compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
