Recruitment Consultant.
As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment. 

You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role. 

You will be working within our Barclay Meade brand, one of the most successful professional services recruiters in the UK. 

They were winners of our Team of the year award in 2022, have seen 30% YOY growth, and the average tenure in the team is 7 years!

They recently celebrated their success with a weekend in Dublin, have a fantastic team culture, and a track record of hiring people with no recruitment experience and developing them!

You will be joining the fast growing procurement contract team, with this role being created due to incredible market growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
  • Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
  • Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
