My client an engineering recruitment specialist with over 50 years’ experience with working with some of the biggest names in the industry, many of which they hold long term exclusive supply agreements with.

With a turnover of £140m they payroll over 4000 contractors each week supplying engineering staff of all levels across the breadth of the UK and into Europe.

Thier order book for 2023 is already showing substantial growth so we are seeking to hire a number of new consultants to support our expansion plans.

As a company, they have the ability to take people from a variety of backgrounds due to the comprehensive training programme, enabling individuals to start a career in an industry that they may never have considered before.

The opportunity is very different to a standard recruitment position as you will not initially have to sell and generate your own business, you will be joining a highly successful team working with some of the most experienced recruiters within the industry.

Initially you will be working on live vacancies across multiple clients sourcing and screening applicants. You will then progress on to managing the stakeholders at these clients. Once you are established you will then have the option to look at new business and successfully generating your own portfolio of clients.

Package

Salary Neg. (dependant on experience) + bonus

Year 1 OTE £30 - £35k

Year 2 OTE £40 - £45k

Year 3 OTE £50k +

Background Required

They do not require recruitment experience but they are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years work experience, in a field where you can demonstrate you have developed transferable skills and experiences relevant to the role. Their current consultants come from a variety of backgrounds including engineering, military, call centres and retail to name but a few.
