Recruitment Consultant Needed for Expanding Company

Tara Professional Recruitment London is looking for a full time Recruitment Consultant to join the team as soon as possible. We are an expanding and dynamic teaching recruitment agency based in the City of London.

The role involves finding new business, looking after current clients, searching for candidates on various online job boards, pre-screening candidates over the phone, interviewing candidates and supporting colleagues.

Ideally you have great attention to detail, some recruitment experience, be great with people, confident on the phone, good sales knowledge and be computer literate.

Hours are 7.00am to 5.00pm in term time however very flexible hours work arrangements offered. We offer 3 days working from home once trained in the role. Shorter hours during the school breaks (10.00am to 2.00pm 13 weeks of the year)

Excellent package on offer, from £32,000-£42,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonuses, 35 days annual leave + bank holidays and your birthday off. Amazing offices close to Farringdon/St Paul's/Blackfriars. You will be joining a fun team that is dedicated to finding the best teachers and teaching assistants.
