The opportunity

Our Barclay Meade brand is in full growth mode, and as a result are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take on our Finance Contract offering. 

Working in a smaller brand within a larger organisation, that's home to some of the company's top performers including top perm biller - this is an opportunity to work with some of the best consultants in the industry. 

And with businesses looking to save money, Finance is a key focus, making this a fast growing desk with huge potential; and because this is role based and not sector based - there's a significant target universe of companies to speak to. 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
