Recruitment Consultant - Orpington
Education Sector - Minimum 1 year experience
Base Salary £25,000 to £35,000 + Healthy Comms

My client is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm based in Orpington, committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions to the Education sector. Due to their expansion plans, I am seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a 360 Recruiter in any sector, with a focus on primary, secondary, and SEN areas.
• Opportunity for an Early Years desk, requiring a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Utilise a full clean driving license, as a company car will be provided for work-related activities.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a 360 Recruiter in any sector.
• Versatility to work across primary, secondary and SEN sectors.
• Or…..Ability to handle a separate desk for Early Years with a personable and friendly approach.
• Possession of a full clean driving license.

• Zero threshold
• Uncapped Commission
• Friday finish at 5:00 pm.
• School holidays: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
