360 Recruitment Consultant (Construction/Engineering)
Location: Wickford, Essex
£30,000 to £70,000 +OTE

About: My client is a leading recruitment agency based in Wickford, Essex, specialsing in providing top-tier talent solutions to the construction and engineering industries. Their team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for available positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and managing candidate placements
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of billings
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for white-collar or blue-collar construction or engineering roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
