The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with our clients esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in matching talented candidates with prestigious roles in the accounting and finance sector. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to audit, tax, corporate finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with your experienced team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and deliver outstanding results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients and candidates alike.
• Drive business development efforts to expand our clients base and strengthen our presence in the market.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the accounting and finance sector.
• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
