Salary: Up to £50,000 basic, OTE £85,000

Your Role:

In this position, you will focus primarily on accountancy and finance recruitment, assuming a comprehensive 360-degree role that includes:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, cultivating new business relationships, and sourcing top talent through our client's diverse candidate attraction strategy.
• Business development will be a central aspect, especially considering the Guildford business's relative newness.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates.
• Establishing and nurturing your desk to ensure a steady flow of both temporary and permanent vacancies. This dual desk approach empowers you to provide solution-oriented recruitment, serving as the primary client contact.
• Operating across a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from commercial corporates to SMEs.
• Collaborating with team members to identify leads and opportunities for cross-selling within other divisions and offices.
