Burman are supporting a key public sector client appoint a Recruitment & HR Operations Manager. As a Recruitment and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the institution's recruitment processes while maintaining high operational standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talented candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will manage operational aspects such as budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation to support the institution's strategic objectives.

1. Leads the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies, ensuring compliance and attracting high-quality candidates.
2. Manages senior-level recruitment campaigns, providing timely information to support resourcing decisions.
3. Oversees data flow processes and reporting for recruitment and HR operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Manages the budget for the Recruitment team, monitoring spend and maximizing value for money.
5. Ensures the Recruitment and HR Operations team provides effective and responsive services, fostering a diverse and inclusive working environment.
