Recruitment Advisor

Our client in Northampton is seeking an experienced recruitment advisor to support the HR team with new hires across the business.

As part of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible to deliver a people focused recruitment service. Advising key stakeholders across the business of the whole employee life cycle, providing an internal recruitment service from start to finish including advertising, offers, inductions and training. Candidates will have great customer service skills alongside the confidence to own the recruitment process.
