Recruitment Advisor

Prestigious law firm is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their market leading HR department in London on an initial 6 Month FTC basis.

  • Salary to £55,000
  • Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor with previous experience gained from a law firm environment. Previous experience gained from an agency background will also be considered.

Recruitment Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activity, both fee-earner and business services.
  • Draft job descriptions for new approved vacancies.
  • Conduct initial CV screening of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, where appropriate.
  • Liaise closely with Partners and Managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Work closely with the HR and Recruitment Administrators in the arrangement of interviews.
  • Assist the Head of Recruitment with lateral partner hiring where required.

Recruitment Advisor Requirements:

  • Previous legal recruitment experience is essential.
  • Previous experience gained from an agency or in-house environment.
  • Passion for and demonstrable experience in direct sourcing.
  • Highly accurate with a keen attention to detail
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
