Recruitment Advisor

JSS Search are delighted to be supporting a business in Northampton for a Recruitment Advisor.

As Recruitment advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional Internal recruitment service to the business. You will support and guide managers, advertise roles, longlist candidates, provide advise on recruitment processes and offer management as well as onboarding and compliance. You will work proactively with managers to identify future talent requirements and support proactive talent pipelining, as well as working with marketing to ensure the promotion of the employer brand.

You will also support the HR manager with ER activity, where full training is provided. This is a perfect opportunity for an experience Agency or Internal Recruiter looking to continue their career in recruitment, whislt also gaining experience and training within HR.

We're looking for a proven recruiter, able to manage end to end recruitment and compliance/onboarding.

The role is based in Northampton and will be based on site 5 days per week, hours are 830-5pm with 21 hour for lunch. There is 25 days AL + BHs plus Christmas closure days, high street discounts, competitive pension scheme plus other great benefits. Salary level will be c. £30-£33k depending on experience.
