Location: Working from home, occasional travel to school sites and recruitment events across England
Annual FTE Salary: £31,788 (SCP 22) - £37,143 (SCP 28)
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

This large and respected Multi-Academy Trust is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join a team providing a robust and effective end-to-end recruitment process for positions throughout the trust.
With a good understanding of recruitment legislation and practice within education, this role will provide information and guidance to their schools and help coordinate compliant, effective recruitment practice across the trust.
The Recruitment Advisor requires good knowledge of employment legislation, Safer Recruitment, and experience of supporting managers and other stakeholders.
You’ll have:
- Recruitment experience within education, preferably in primary schools
- Safer Recruitment knowledge and experience
- A* - C GCSE English
- Good knowledge of GDPR and Equality and Diversity
- Ability to engage with a wide range of people
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Highly numerate and able to analyse data
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
