Our client is an established and highly reputable US Law firm based in the City, and they seek a Recruitment Adviser(Early Careers) to join their Trainee Recruitment Team as part of their HR department and wider business services function.

Working with a dynamic and successful team of circa 12 people, you will work alongside the Recruitment Operations Manager to attract and recruit those wishing to qualify as a solicitor, who will ensure the continuing success of the firm.

This role will be helping with the design and rollout of their brand-new Solicitor Apprentice Scheme / Trainee Solicitor programme, which starts in later next year (2025).

The content is varied as it's a new scheme but the main parts are:

  • Helping new processes
  • Building relationships with various educational organisations (mainly schools and colleges)
  • Advertising projects and promoting initiatives
  • Filtering applications and managing candidate pipeline
  • Organising interviews - through to assessment and offer

It is essential to have a creative approach to the work. The right candidate will possess strong communication and relationship building skills, have strong attention to detail and listening skills as well as having the ability to deal with the ambiguity of newness and change.

This role requires a flexible, creative and confident professional.

If you are a Recruitment Adviser coming from a Law Firm or have 2-3 years Graduate Recruitment experience from a corporate, professional services or commercial firm, and are looking for a rewarding and progressive opportunity, please apply!
