We are in search of a seasoned Internal Recruiter to join our clients team, tasked with overseeing the recruitment process in the Northwest region.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Formulating and executing effective resourcing strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for specialized positions
  • Identifying and evaluating potential candidates
  • Guiding and mentoring a compact team of recruiters, ensuring their delivery of high-quality service and results to hiring managers and candidates
  • Managing the resourcing budget and providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes
  • Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, agencies, universities, and professional bodies
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the realm of recruitment and employment
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in internal recruitment
  • Demonstrated leadership and management prowess, coupled with the ability to inspire and cultivate the growth of others
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
  • A steadfast customer-centric approach and a fervor for delivering exceptional service
  • A high degree of initiative, creativity, and adept problem-solving skills
  • An adaptable and flexible mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
