Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Recovery Co-ordinator to work within an service in Sheffield. Your role will be to work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to people who misuse drugs and alcohol across all stages of individuals' recovery journeys, from assessment and enragement though to sustained recovery.

Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:

Rate: £17.77 p/h.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Location: Sheffield, S3 8UG.

Experience: 

  • Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above or equivalent)
  • Essential: A good understanding of the complex needs experienced by those with a history of problematic alcohol or drug misuse including physical, psychological, mental health, legal, parenting and family support needs.
  • Essential: The ability to assess the complex needs of service users; to identify risks and formulate robust risk management plans; to review recovery plans; and to monitor outcomes in partnership with service users.
  • Preferable: Experience in System One and Caseload Management
