My client is a professional services provider and a trusted adviser to a diverse portfolio of clients across various specialist sectors.
As the Records Management Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the highest level of service delivery by the Records Management team. This team is responsible for managing physical files and central filing locations in UK offices, as well as coordinating services with external archiving suppliers.
Your new role

  • Lead the Records Management team across locations.
  • Actively participate in Records-related tasks and activities as a member of the Records team.
  • Assist management in record-related projects.
  • Be willing to travel to other offices as needed.
  • Monitor team performance and organise daily duties and workloads.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team-related queries.
  • Be the first point of escalation for FE (Front End) teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Office administration experience, preferably in a professional services or regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a small team.
  • A willingness to travel to other offices.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and familiarity with various software packages.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and security related to files and business information.
  • Familiarity with working with files as assets and stock or asset control databases.
