A growing legal firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Records Administrator to join and support their busy team!
Your new role

  • Record and file legal documentation into the file system.
  • Arranging deliveries when required.
  • Filing both manually and electronically any confidential matters, deeds and wills.
  • Point of contact for any queries regarding records.
  • Report running on client matters.
  • Destroying records when required.
  • Keeping trackers and filing always up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
Excellent time keeping, computer skills and attention to detail.
